Steve Edwards
As a 34 year veteran of the commercial real estate industry, Steve has been consistently recognized as top producer in the region. His portfolio includes over 200 mid and big-box transactions representing tenants including Walmart, Sam’s Club, Ross Stores, Trader Joe’s, Top Golf, Dick’s Sporting Goods, Lowes Home Improvement & Kohl’s Department Stores. Steve also works on a limited number of listings for a select group of landlords having leased over 4,000,000 SF.
Steve has an extensive knowledge of entitlements, land and site planning, and CEQA that help his clients navigate the challenges of development in California. He has been a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers for over 25 years and continues to bring exceptional services to his clients with specific expertise in tenant roll-out strategies, site selection, entitlements, site planning and merchandising plans. He has previously served 15 years as a member of the Sacramento Country Day School’s Board of Trustees, and has been a member of Santa Clara University’s Leavey School of Business Real Estate Advisory Board since 2018.
Andrea Sessions
Andrea Sessions joined The Edwards Company as a seasoned broker in June of 2014. Andrea’s enthusiasm for this industry, tenacity, professionalism and commitment to always exceed client’s expectations contributes greatly to principles and goals of The Edwards Company.
Andrea began her commercial real estate career in 2003 as an intern with Grubb & Ellis and has since gained extensive knowledge and experience working in different facets of the real estate industry. She graduated from UC Davis in 2004, earned an MBA in Urban Land Development from CSUS in 2012, obtained a California Broker’s license in 2017 and a Nevada Broker’s license in 2023. Andrea started her true passion and core foundation for retail commercial real estate with the Gallelli Retail team in 2008 at Colliers International and then joined the Edwards Company as a seasoned broker in June of 2014. Growing up and living in various submarkets of Sacramento enables Andrea to have invaluable expertise of each trade area’s growth over the years and an immense amount of Sacramento pride. Andrea continues to advance her career with The Edwards Company working on various ground up and existing shopping centers throughout Sacramento and Tenant representation throughout Northern California with local and national clients such as AAA, Big Lots, Arco AmPm, Eureka! Restaurant Group, Big Lots, Orangetheory and The Mimosa House.
Miles Edwards
Miles is a 2022 graduate of Santa Clara University, where he minored in real estate, served on the executive team of the SCU Real Estate Association, and held summer internships in the commercial real estate industry. After graduating, Miles represented office tenants in San Francisco before ultimately transitioning to The Edwards Company to pursue retail brokerage.
Stephanie Rudolph
Stephanie Rudolph recently joined The Edwards Company team in April 2022. Stephanie has over 12 years of experience as an educator and 5 plus years in commercial real estate working in both Property Management and Office Brokerage, where she prepared legal documents and marketing materials using various programs such as Adobe, Concep, WinAir and Microsoft.
Stephanie has earned her BA in Liberal Studies at CSU Sacramento, her Multi-Subject CLAD Teaching Credential from CSUF, and her Professional Clear Teaching Credential from Sonoma State University. With her transition to real estate in 2017, Stephanie obtained her California Real Estate License in 2019 to further her career.
Stephanie’s background in education has not only taught her organizational skills, discipline and an unwavering work ethic, but also to understand the importance of building and maintaining relationships. Her passion for service, commitment to professionalism and steadfast drive provides her with the ability to help each transaction run smoothly and to make each client’s experience a smooth one.
